Clear Cache
 
You can clear your browser’s cache manually after each session by following these steps:
 
For Internet Explorer 7.X:
 
  1. On the menu bar, click on "Tools".
  2. Select and click "Delete Browsing History".
  3. Under "Temporary Internet Files" heading, click "Delete files…".
  4. Click "Yes" when you see the prompt asking if you are sure you want to delete all temporary files.
     
  For Internet Explorer 8.X:
 
  1. On the menu bar, click on "Tools".
  2. Select and click "Delete Browsing History...".
  3. Click to check the box next to "Temporary Internet Files".
  4. Click "Delete".
     
  To automatically clear the cache whenever you close the browser:
  1. Click on the "Advanced" tab.
  2. Click to check the box next to "Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed" option (In the section labelled "Security").
  3. Click "OK".
  This will delete everything except cookies.
   
  For Firefox 3.0:
 
  1. On the menu bar, click on "Tools".
  2. Click on "Options".
  3. Click on "Privacy" tab, select "Settings...".
  4. Select the type of private data you would like to clear. To clear cache, ensure that the box next to "Cache" is checked.
  5. Click "OK" to return to the "Options" menu.
  6. Click on "Clear Now" under the "Settings...".
     
  For Firefox 3.5:
 
  1. On the menu bar, click on "Tools".
  2. Click on "Clear Recent History…".
  3. Under the dropdown box for "Time range to clear", click on "Everything".
  4. Click on "Details".
  5. Click to check the box next to "Cache".
  6. Click "Clear Now".
     
  For Google Chrome:
 
  1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
  2. Select "Tools".
  3. Select "Clear browsing data".
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select "beginning of time" to delete everything.
  6. Click "Clear browsing data".
     
  For Safari (Mac OSX):
 
  1. Click "Safari" on the menu bar.
  2. Click "Empty Cache…".
