The Digital Service Standards (DSS) are a set of standards to help Agencies develop websites that are easy, seamless and relevant. It is necessary that DSS is implemented for all our public-facing digital services so that the public can have a consistently good experience when accessing the government services.

FormSG is a free tool provided by GovTech to build online forms for event registration, activities or survey. The responses received will be sent to your NP email. It does not store the information collected in the database.

To use FormSG, simply login to https://form.gov.sg/ with your NP email eg. TAN_Cheng_Cheng@np.edu.sg and start your form creation.

Should you need any guidance on how to use FormSG or requires it to integrate with SingPass, MyInfo and CorpPass, pls email to Cleo_CHIANG@np.edu.sg or Priscilla_NEO@np.edu.sg.
