The data on your notebook or computer is susceptible to data loss or corruption due to malware, virus infection or hardware failure. Therefore, it is important to back up your school work, projects and personal data regularly.
- A copy of your latest data files such as programs' documents, photos and videos should be backup to an external storage regularly
- Important documents such as school assignments or projects should be zipped and sent to email as a secondary backup
- Prior to your graduation, please remember to backup all files stored in NP services such as NP Connect mail, MeL and Google For Education.
