| NPNet account | Students are issued NPNet accounts in your enrolment package. The NPNet Username & Password will enable you to access Connect Mail, Mobile eLearning system (MeL), NPal Student system and so on. You are to change your password after the initial logon and at least once every 3 months. This is in compliance with the IDA IT Security Guidelines.

Forgotten/Lost Password?
You can reset your password via this direct
Reset Password link. The service will challenge you for your Student Number, NRIC/FIN Number, Date of Birth and Personal Email Address registered in the NPal student system. Alternatively, you may visit the Student Services & Visitors Centre (SSVC) at Blk 1 Level 1, Atrium or IT Helpdesk at Blk 27 #01-01 if you have not registered or cannot remember the registered personal email address. | Change Password

NP Wireless Network &
NP Student VPN | Two NP wireless network connections are available on campus - NPWireless and
NPWirelessx for students and staff to gain access to the campus IT services and network resources.

NP Student VPN is a web-based VPN program for Students to access secured student resources and applications(such as SPSS, UniSim, etc) from home or any remote site.

This is used by the 5 Polytechnics & ITE to share curriculum content for full-time and part-time students.
This is primarily used by NP full-time students.

NPal Student system | The NPal Student system allows you to view your timetable, your results, check your CCA records, look for lecturer’s email address and phone extension, book sports facilities etc. It is important to update NPal when any of your personal particulars such as mailing address changes.
Note: Your timetable should be ready about 1 week before the start of the academic semester. |

Connect Mail | A communication channel for you and your lecturers or NP clubs and societies. The username is your NPNet ID tagged with @connect.np.edu.sg . For example,
s10123456@connect.np.edu.sg .
The password is your NPNet Password.

Pay and Print service | Pay and Print service is available on campus for students to print their work. You can send a print job to the printers from anywhere on campus. You can then proceed to OurSpace@72 to pay, print and collect your printout. You only pay for those you wish to print. Please refer to this
