New IT Helpdesk

The new IT Helpdesk @ Blk 27 #01-01 is open.

Opening Hours:
Mon - Fri, 8.30am to 5:30pm
Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Please note that IT Helpdesks at Blk 46 and Blk 72 are closed.

• After using a public computer at the airport/hotel, please take a minute to erase the history files, clear cache and cookie files.
• Make sure your portable computer is protected with its own firewall and has the most updated anti-virus software and pattern file.
• If you are connecting your computer to the hotel network, you should not be required to install any "special software". If in doubt, always check with the concierge.

Please note the dates of Scheduled Maintenance for 2013. Maintenance are scheduled on the first Saturday of each month except November*. Details of the maintenance will be announced in the CC monthly newslett closer to the dates.

NPal Maintenance Schedule for Year 2013

NPal Maintenance is scheduled on the first Sunday of each month except Mar, Sep and Dec.

Staff and students accessing MeL may encounter occasional interruption during the maintenance window.

NPal Student Self Service will be unavailable during maintenance on Sun, 2 Dec 2012 from 1 to 4pm for the application of security patches.
