Update your antivirus software and scan your computer regularly
As computer viruses and malware are getting more sophisticated and harder to detect, it is important to update your antivirus software to guard your machine effectively. Also, do perform regular virus scanning to ensure your computer is spiffy clean from nasty, malicious programs.
Schedule periodic hard disk clean up
Take 5-15 minutes to clean up your computer to free up some disk space and increase performance efficiency. Make sure to empty the Recycle Bin (Windows) or Trash (Mac OS), as well as clearing up your browser(s) cache and temporary files. You will be surprised how much disk space these unwanted files take up in your hard disk. | |
